Interior renovation on the first floor provided for an expanded dining room, an elevator, bar area, a new kitchen with island and cathedral ceiling, and a new fireplace with built-in bookshelves in the great room.

Renovation work to the master bedroom suite on the second floor provided consolidated closets and improved flow as well as access to the new stair and elevator areas overlooking the kitchen.

On the exterior space was provided for an outdoor cooking and entertaining area, as well as the addition of dormers above the new kitchen space.
