Phase I of this project included renovation of major mechanical items such as electrical, heating, plumbing and the installation of a new Space-pac air conditioning system.

The work included in Phase II entailed the complete renovation of all major areas of the home including the first, second, and third floors as well as the basement. The addition provides a kitchen, breakfast room and family room on the first floor and a master bedroom suite on the second floor. Also, a new garage below the addition, allows the Owner a greater use of their rear yard.

This project was honored in 2001 with a Second Place Award from the Chicago Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
