This building has a traditional exterior design utilizing brick, limestone, and tall windows on the first floor. The interior of this 5,000 sq. ft. home is intended to be somewhat classical in its organization and use of symmetry.

The first floor has a library, large living area, kitchen, dining area, bar with wine storage, and a mudroom. The second floor has a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a master bath with a large shower, soaking tub, and a separate vanity and toilet.

The project was honored in 2007 with a Merit Award in the Interior Architecture category from the Assocation of Licensed Architects.
