PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This custom 65th floor condominium buildout utilizes a variety of exotic materials, in simple yet dramatic forms, to articulate its open plan concept. The spacial organization works to accentuate magnificent views North and East to Lake Michigan.

Meticulously designed, the extensive custom architectural woodwork unifies the space, also providing privacy, funtionality and an overall sense of warmth and luxury. Floor to ceiling windows offer abundant natural light while the more subtle reccessed illumination dramatically accents the original artwork and custom furnishings.

Acute attention to detail and use of materials continues throughout the common corridor and elevator lobby on this floor providing visual continuity to the arrival procession for this magnificent residence.
