Lakeshore Park Place is a residential community rising on the shores of Lake Superior in Michigan's magnificent Upper Peninsula.

The first portion of Phase I included 24 townhomes and 56 condominium units offered in a maintenance free community. Future Phases will include the balance of 142 condominium units, 20 loft units, a 16 room bed & breakfast, and a mixed-use commercial space located in an early 20th century brick foundry building.
